Lindsay Bruce

Partner on the John Tyler team. Two decades in Colorado luxury hospitality, now bringing that same standard of care to Vail Valley real estate.

Luxury real estate wasn't my first career. It was the culmination of everything that came before it: a childhood surrounded by the business, more than a decade creating exceptional experiences in Colorado's finest hotels, and a lifelong belief that luxury is defined by the experience, not the price point.

Her Story

A career built on exceptional client experiences

Growing up in Winter Park, Colorado, real estate was always part of my life. My mother built a successful brokerage and served as Chair-Elect of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® in 2020, and my father owned a property management company. Long before I earned my real estate license, I was surrounded by conversations about contracts, negotiations, client relationships, and what it means to build trust within a community.

Rather than entering real estate immediately, I spent more than a decade in Colorado's luxury hospitality industry, where I developed a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. From planning luxury weddings and events to joining two pre-opening hotel leadership teams and leading corporate sales retreats with nationally recognized brands, I built a career centered on organization, communication, and executing complex projects with precision.

When the hospitality industry came to an unexpected standstill in 2020, I joined Slifer Smith & Frampton while earning my real estate license. What could have been a career change quickly became a homecoming.

Since then, I have approached every transaction with the same philosophy that guided my hospitality career: anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and make even the most complex process feel seamless. Whether I am developing a marketing strategy, negotiating a contract, or helping clients navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions, my focus is always on delivering an experience that inspires confidence.
